1. 数据处理 / Data processing
iwhook 只读取你在 Apple Health 中主动授权的数据，并在 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 上本地生成恢复、睡眠、训练负荷和趋势参考。App 不向 Apple Health 写入数据。
iwhook reads only the Apple Health data you authorise and processes it locally on iPhone and Apple Watch to create recovery, sleep, training-load, and trend references. The app does not write data to Apple Health.
2. 不收集和不跟踪 / No collection or tracking
- 不需要注册或登录。 / No account or sign-in is required.
- 不包含广告、分析 SDK 或用户跟踪。 / No ads, analytics SDKs, or user tracking.
- 不将 Apple Health 数据上传到开发者服务器。 / Apple Health data is not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
- App 不会自动将 Apple Health 数据或分析结果存入 iCloud。Apple 健康自身的同步与备份由你的 Apple 系统设置控制。 / The app does not automatically store Apple Health data or analysis in iCloud. Apple Health sync and backup are controlled by your Apple system settings.
3. 本地存储与导出 / Local storage and export
分析缓存保存在 App 的私有存储区域。你可以手动导出支持的可读记录和缓存分析为 Markdown；导出文件保存在“在我的 iPhone 上”，不会自动上传。删除 App 时，iOS 会删除其私有存储。
Analysis caches are stored in the app's private container. You may manually export supported readable records and cached analysis as Markdown to On My iPhone; exports are never uploaded automatically. iOS removes the private container when the app is deleted.
4. 权限 / Permissions
你可以选择授予哪些 Apple Health 读取权限，并随时在 iOS 设置或“健康”App 中撤销。撤销后，iwhook 将无法读取对应记录。
You choose which Apple Health read permissions to grant and can revoke them at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app. Revoked categories are no longer readable by iwhook.
5. 使用边界 / Health disclaimer
iwhook 不是医疗设备，不提供诊断、治疗、用药或紧急医疗建议。数据完整度取决于设备能力、佩戴情况、Apple Health 记录和你授予的权限。
iwhook is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency guidance. Data availability depends on device capabilities, wear, Apple Health records, and permissions.
